I come from an IT background - networking, hardware, systems, the kind of work where you actually sit down and figure out why something doesn't work. Over the past couple of years that's meant helpdesk support, diagnosing hardware and network issues, and keeping things running for people who just want their computer to work.
Alongside that I've been teaching myself web development, mostly by building things I actually want to exist rather than following tutorials. My main project right now is Spool3D, an app for tracking 3D printing filament - built with Next.js and Supabase, still growing.
I like understanding systems end to end, whether that's a network, a piece of hardware, or a web app - and I'm always working on something.
